Booking Terms & Conditions

Please note all prices mentioned above are subject to change and availability until booked.

Kindly send clear passport copies to make sure all names are booked correctly.

Kindly make sure your passport is valid at least 6 Months from the return date as you will be denied entry/exit from local immigration.

Note once booked, all tours & Hotels are non-refundable and non-changeable, we can only request the Hotels / Service providers for change and cancellation costs.

We reserve the rights to alter prices shown on our website/ newspaper or any social media depending on the availability on the traveling dates of the passenger.

You may be required to pay a deposit to the hotel in check-in which will be refunded upon check-out. Hotel standard check in timings are at 14:00 and check out at 12:00 if rooms are available you will be checked in earlier. Please go through all details as once booked Hotels cannot be upgraded later on.

Please call the contact number on the given voucher if you cannot locate the driver/face any inconveniences as they are always available to help.

In-case of Refund, process might take time due to supplier payment delay.

Visa is of passenger responsibility unless booked through Rameca Travel & Leisure, All documentation for the visa has to be processed minimum 1 month prior to departure, Rameca travel & Leisure will not be held responsible for any visa rejections or delays.

Visa documentation and fees are always subject to change without prior notice, also additional documents may be asked for depending on Embassy or VFS center documents are submitted to.

Overstaying of your visa while on tour will not be the responsibility of Rameca Travel & Leisure and Passenger will have to bear the consequences of local authorities.

Any schedule changes , delays and cancellations made by the airline will not be of responsibility of Rameca Travel & Leisure.

Rameca Travel & Leisure will not be responsible if passengers overstay any Visa done by Rameca Travel & Leisure.

Rameca Travel & Leisure will not be responsible if passengers miss any flights due to delay on passenger side, in such a case ‘’No Show ‘’ fees and ‘’ Date change’’ fees will have to be paid by passenger in order to rebook.

Passengers travelling to Malaysia will have to pay RM 20 per room per night tourism tax directly to hotel.

Passengers Travelling to Dubai AED 20 per room per night tourism tax directly to hotel.

In the event of a cancellation please advise your tour consultant at least 72 hours to 48 hours prior to your departure.

Upon any sort of payment made towards the booking you the passenger accept all conditions mentioned under ‘’Booking Terms & Conditions‘’ also accepts all services, air-tickets & ground handling services mentioned in the above mail.

Do re-confirm your tour and flight details with us 24 – 48 hours prior to departure to avoid any inconveniences.

Payment Conditions.

Please note deposits are taken to cover air ticket costs and Hotel deposits in order to secure your booking.

Full balance payments are required one month prior to your departure, in order to receive documents.

Visa payments are due a one month prior to departure for United States, Canada, Turkey, Japan, United Kingdom, Schengen Countries for other countries a minimum of 2 weeks prior to departure, please speak to your tour consultant to clarify.

As we deal with various discounted rates and value added services If payments are not done one month to date from your departure Rameca Travels will not be held liable for your hotel / tour cancellations due to release of services or any increase in prices at the time of re-booking.

VFS, Visa fee and Service fee towards United States, Canada, Turkey, Japan,  United Kingdom, Schengen Countries, Russia, Australia, New Zealand visas are non-refundable in case of rejection but no charge will occur for re-application only VFS fee’s will apply.

Documents and Verification
It is the clients responsibility to thoroughly go through all the conditions, Itineraries, Inclusions, documentation, vouchers and air tickets the sooner you receive them. Please cross check all dates, spellings and other details and advise us of any discrepancies in order to adjust them at our earliest.
