DAY 1: ARRIVE / KITULGALA
On arrival at the Bandaranaike International airport, you will be warmly greeted by your very own chauffeur-guide & transferred & to Kitulgala (Approx.4 hrs. drive). On arrival at the hotel spend the day at leisure relaxing & enjoying the hotel facilities. Spend overnight at Hotel in Kitulgala. Your stay is on Bed & Breakfast basis

DAY 2: KITULGALA / NUWARA ELIYA
After breakfast, Enjoy White water rafting. White water rafting in Kelani river does not require a higher degree of rafting skills or swimming experience, even for the people who are experimenting it for the first time, families and small groups can go for a thrilling ride down the Kelani River. This is because the rapids of Kelani River are graded as 2 and 3. Some of the rapids of the Kelani River are named with unique names such as Virgin’s Breast, Killer Falls, Butter Crunch and Head Chopper.
On completion of the white-water rafting, you will drive to Nuwara Eliya (Approx. 3 hours’ drive). En route visit St. Clare & Devon waterfalls.  
  • ST. CLAIR’S & DEVON WATERFALLS - St. Clair's fall is one the widest waterfalls in Sri Lanka. It derives its name from a nearby tea estate. St. Clair's fall is 80m high and the 20th highest waterfall in Sri Lanka. Devon Falls is another attractive waterfall in Sri Lanka where you meet at about 6km west of Talawakele. It has been named after a pioneer English coffee planter called Devon, whose plantation is situated nearby. This Waterfall is 97m high & ranked 19th highest in the Island.
In the evening, you can do a city tour in Nuwara Eliya, including Victoria Park & Gregory lake.  
  • NUWARA ELIYA CITY TOUR - The town of Nuwara Eliya enjoys spring-like weather throughout the year. A favorite retreat of the British during colonial times, the town is dotted with English country style houses and half-timbered bungalows. In this city tour, you can visit Victoria Park. It is an attractive and well-used oasis. It is popular with birdwatchers at quieter times because of the good opportunities it gives to see various species, and also you can visit Gregory Lake, which was constructed during the period of British Governor Sir William Gregory in 1873, as well as you can visit Golf courses in Nuwara Eliya Town.

DAY 3: NUWARA ELIYA / HORTON PLAINS / ELLA
Today you will make a pre-dawn start with a packed breakfast to Horton Plains National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and take a guided walk along the nature trails to a viewpoint known as World’s End. A variety of wildlife including endemic Rhino-horned and Hump-nosed Lizards, highland bird species including the Sri Lanka White-eye, Dull-blue Flycatcher, Sri Lanka Bush Warbler, Yellow-eared Bulbul may be encountered. Also, keep your eye out for troops of Bear Monkey, and Sambar (Sri Lanka’s largest species of deer) which are regularly seen on the plains close to the entrance
Spend overnight at a Hotel in Ella. Your stay is on Bed & Breakfast basis.

DAY 4: ELLA
After breakfast, you will do a trekking tour to little Adam's peak. It is an easy hike with some attractive panoramic views. You will walk through lush green tea plantations, waterfalls and paddy fields while enjoying the sceneries. While the trekking You could see the people, who are plucking and collecting tea leaves, working in their estates. With prodigious views of as far as Ella rock and down to the gap will be gorgeous. While sightseeing in Ella you can visit Ravana cave & waterfalls.

DAY 5: ELLA / YALA
After breakfast, you will be driven to Yala National Park (approx. 2 hours’ drive) and check in to the campsite for lunch. 12:30am: Arrive at the campsite and refresh yourselves before your lunch.

1:30pm: Lunch will be served at camp along with a short introduction by our camp manager on everything you need to know about the campsite.

2:00pm-3:00pm: Guests are welcome to relax and unwind. We suggest an afternoon snooze in one of our hammocks, a chat with the naturalist, or dig into one of the wildlife books from our library 3:30pm-6:30pm: Evening game drive in our vehicle which is designed for game viewing, photography, and comfort. 6:30pm: Enjoy your private Alfresco shower, followed by drinks and appetizers around the campfire or in our lounge tent. 9:00pm: Dinner will be served in one of many locations available at camp. Dine under the stars for an unforgettable evening meal in the jungle. Spend overnight at a campsite in Yala. Your stay is on full board basis

06: YALA / BUNDALA / UDAWALAWE
5:00am: Rise at dawn to freshly brewed Ceylon tea or coffee. Depart on morning game drive at 05:30. breakfast. 11:00am: Check out from the hotel and proceed to visit the birds Sanctuary, Bundala National Park. (Approx. 1 hrs. drive). BUNDALA NATIONALPARK – Bundala, the first wetland to be declared as a Ramsar site in Sri Lanka is important wintering ground for migratory water birds. Bundala harbors 197 species of birds, the highlight being the greater Flamingo, which migrate in Large Flocks. Of the 150-bird species listed in the park, every species of water bird found in the country is said to visit here. The rare Black-necked stork and Great Thick-knee are particular birding highlights. It is easy to spot Blue-tailed Bee- eater, Spoonbill, Red Shank, Green Shank, Spot-billed Pelican, Blue-faced Malkoha, Brahminy Kite, Crested Hawk-eagle and Brown Shrike, to name but a few. Migrants and vagrants make the journey from as far as Siberia; over 10,000 shorebirds might be feeding at any one time between October and March. Proceed to udawalawa for your overnight stay. 07: UDAWALAWE
After breakfast, proceed to Udawalawe National Park for the morning safari. UDAWALAWE NATIONAL PARK – Udawalawe was created to provide a sanctuary for wild animals displaced by the construction of the Udawalawe Reservoir. It lies on the boundary of Sri Lanka's wet and dry zones. Udawalawe is famous for Sri Lankan Elephants, which are relatively hard to see in its open habitats. Many Elephants are attracted to the park because of the Udawalawe reservoir, with a herd of about 250 believed to be permanently resident. Other than the Elephants, the park is home to water Buffalo, water Monitor Lizards, Sambar Deer, Monkeys and the occasional Leopard, as well as it is an exciting location for Bird enthusiasts. ATH ATHURU SEVENA – ‘Ath Athuru Sevana’ is a government managed Elephant Transit Home in Udawalawe, Sri Lanka. The baby elephants reside here were found abandoned, orphaned, sick or wounded in the jungle. They are kept and treated at this Elephant Transit Home and looked after till they are ultimately fit enough to be released back to the wild. Spend one overnight at a Hotel in Udawalawe. Your stay is on Bed & Breakfast basis. In the afternoon, you can visit Elephant transit home in Udawalawe.

08: UDAWALAWE / SINHARAJA
After breakfast, you will be driven for approximately 3 hours to reach the Sinharaja rain forest. On arrival, you will check-in at Rainforest Eco Lodge. SINHARAJA RAIN FOREST - Sinharaja rain forest is a world heritage site and major ecotourism destination, which can also be described as a Tropical Lowland Rainforest or Tropical Wet Evergreen Forest. Whatever its 'technical' name, it is undoubtedly a rich treasure trove of nature with a great diversity of habitats and a vast repository of Sri Lanka's endemic species found nowhere else in the world. BIRD WATCHING in this ecosystem is particularly interesting because it is home to 95% of the endemic birds of Sri Lanka, named as a world heritage site in 1989. This lowland evergreen rain forest is steeped in deep legend and mystery. The word 'Sinharaja' means, Lion (Sinha) King (Raja), and it is popular belief that the legendary origin of the Sinhala people is the union between a princess and the lion king who once lived in the forest. You will be able to trek this rainforest with the naturalist in the afternoon. Spend one overnight at Rainforest Eco Lodge. Your stay is on Bed & Breakfast basis

09: SINHARAJA / BENTOTA
Today you will be able to experience an early morning trekking at Sinharaja Rainforest. This early morning trails will provide maximum opportunity to witness the beauty of the rainforest. In the afternoon, you will be driven to Bentota (Approx. 3 hours & 30 mins. drive) & do a scenic Boat ride through massive Mangrove caves. BALAPITIYA BOAT RIDE (MADU GANGA) - Balapitiya is famous for the unique beauty of Madu Ganga & the nature on a boat trip. It is located in Mangrove vegetation lines the river beds and occasional islets emerge as the river flows into the sea. Further upstream, you can see kraal-fishing constructions and fishermen making their way in rowing boats to collect their day's catch. The occasional blue kingfisher flies in the vicinity of the kraal, a pond heron stands tall in the water and other wetland birds have arisen from their slumber. A relatively unspoiled lagoon, the Madu Ganga estuary is a 915-hectare complex coastal wetland ecosystem that opens to the Indian Ocean. This site is an ecological asset that harbors many wetland vegetation types as well as a variety of fauna, including a number of globally and nationally threatened or endangered species. DAY 10: BENTOTA / AIRPORT
After breakfast, you will be driven to Colombo or airport (Approx.2 hrs. 30 mins. drive).
